I've been playing OOTP for at least 12 years. I rebuild Colorado every season. It was around OOTP21(The Rocker/Leiter draft) that I actually started playing games out. I had finally made the playoffs (2025 season) and decided to play the games rather than sim them. It was my longest sim, 8 seasons and my only World Series win.

Playing the games out opened up a whole new world for immersion and enjoyment. I play with everything "on" except Owner Goals.

Now this question. I replaced managers/coaches throughout my minor league system but retained my coaches except piching/hitting at the Major League level. My coach for outfield is rated average

What exactly does he coach as an outfield coach?
