Amateur Draft missing, and no rookies

Not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I started a 1902 league (I have all seasons from 1901 - 2022), and played a season as the A’s. Finished the year, and went to 1903. For some reason, the 1903 draft never appeared, and it’s set for an amateur draft in November 1903. Not only that, none of the 1903 rookies seem to be in my league (like Titus and Bender, etc).

No idea what is happening. Never had this issue with any of the other OOTP Go iterations.

And I just tried it again, starting in 1901. No 1902 draft, and no rookies from 1902 have appeared. Does anyone else have this issue? Makes me want to run back to OOTP 24!

One last thing - when the season moved from 1901 to 1902, it zeroed out my entire budget. Every other team had a budget but the one I managed got reduced to 0.

Yes, I imported after 1919 World Seies for the new version to start with the off season. As the off season progressed, I have the amateur draft in spring training. For OOTP25 it seems upon import the draft history incorrectly assigned my 1919 draft as my never drafted 1920 class. So, instead of historical rookies in my newly 1920 draft pool, I get fictional. I have fictional players off and import historical rookies. I imported under the current build of 64. Any one else seeing this?
