A team in Rookie .74, has one player on their active roster and are on their way to an 0-162 season. Unfortunately, they're not in my division or conference! Played them one series and beat them 61-0.

Have reported them three times but nothing has been done. Those other four teams in the division must be raking in the points.

Yeah, there's nothing to prevent a team from selling itself below the 26-man roster minimum. Never seen this in league play, but it can be done.
