No minor league teams after 2022 season (Historical)

Why is it that when one simulates historical seasons in the 2022 offseason all the teams in the minors disappear?

I could observe this in all the different initial setups of creation wizard for historical seasons, starting in different years, once the game was created no other setting was changed, everything is in default.

I was able to replicate and so reported this as well.

Lukas may be some problem in the historical database, from the season 2021 or 2022 once you enter the offseason and when OOTP is "sorting minor leagues" this process that on my laptop takes less than 45 seconds in all years, this time it stays thinking and advances in about 4 or 5 minutes, sometimes the program crashes and warns that it has to close.

My experience was the same.
