I was selling a Luis Arraez card but canceled the order.
When I went to sell it for the 20k, it was not there. I've reset the game but the card is just gone and no PP points either ![]() Help? |

Go to Manage Cards under Rosters. It's probably in your collection but inactive.

Have you logged out and logged back in? Have you restarted the game? It should be back in your account if you cancelled the sell order.

Yes. Multiple times. I've reset my computer, I've tried everything. When I go in the card shop and find his name, it's no longer highlighted in green as if I own him. It shows the sell order in transaction history but no sale and the card is just gone.

I remember seeing the same issue as the OP early in the cycle. It happened whenever I set a sell price greater than the amount of PP that I had. I would get an error pop-up, the card would temporarily disappear from my card list, and show up again, deactivated, after leaving PT and logging back in. I'll talk a look and see if I can still duplicate the issue, and if so, post in the Tech Support forum.

I just tried creating a new sell order for a card with the price set greater than my current PP, and the order was created successfully. The same for updating a sell price on the 'Your Card Orders' screen. Looks like the issue has been resolved.
