Card Pack Snafu

I used some PP to get 2 Gold card packs. I was in Perfect Draft part of the game at the time. When I went out to "Play Perfect Team", none of the cards from either Gold pack showed up. Did I lose those cards by not opening the packs while in Play Perfect Team mode? Thanks.

I find when cards appears to be missing or can't locate them I log out, then log back in, They'll usually be deactivated in the manage cards area or sometimes in Reserve Roster
