Some questions re: fictional league setup

I know I could probably find most if not all of the answers to these questions in the OOTP 25 manual but since we don't have that yet.....

Has anyone chosen "All" for "League Level" rather than a specific level? How did it work for you? I was told that anything below "Major League" effects your minor leagues. As my league will technically be an independent league I am thinking this should be the option I go with. Am I correct that "All" simply means your pool of players will have a full range of skills, correct?
What would be the reasons for not having the "Allow major league deals for draft picks" and "expansion teams draft first" checked? It seems to me like these would best be checked but I don't know what the negative effects there would be especially for the latter one. I believe most if not all of the RL expansions drafts have the expansions teams drafting first.
The "Select Stats Detail" is set to "Very High Detail" in the league setup wizard but what does this actual effect? Is there a reason the default isn't normal as I'd think it would be?
If I opt for a fantasy draft and chose not to have ghost players will the # of draft rounds be equal to the combined # of roster spots for my parent club plus my 2 levels of minor league teams or just the spots for my parent club? A related question...If I opt not to have ghost players, am I risking the minor league teams not having enough players to field for games?

Am I the only one bugged by the fact that I can't space out my questions?
