Game crashes while loading intro

Are you on a PC or Mac?PC
What OS are you using? Windows 11 Home
Do you have the game on Steam or the Standalone or a different version (please name it)? Steam
What are your system specs (especially your video card and your amount of memory)? 32GB Ram, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
Where exactly does your game crash? What are you doing just before it crashes? Can you consistently get the crash to repeat by doing the same thing or is it seemingly random? Do you get an error message? If so, what?. When I log into one of my Perfect Team account it freezes. I have been able to log into my laptop with no issue, it just freezes with hard top.
Does this crash in only one saved game or in multiple saves? If only one, then we'll need to see your league files as per the instructions here (or you can just upload to Dropbox/Google Drive and post a link) I can't get into the game!
It would also help us to have the game generated trace file. Added tracemode to prompt and shut off inlay but still will not load

tracemode won't necessarily help things load, but it will create a file that might help us figure out what's wrong here.

If you can post/send that file, we can take a look at it.

What this sounds like to me is that the game may not be able to connect to the PT servers. Like this is due to a firewall or other security on your system blocking it. So definitely the first step here would be to whitelist OOTP in any firewall or internet security apps.
