Fictional League

Im most of the way through the first season of my fictional league, playing as the Oklahoma City Thunder Cats. April was a bad month but in May I rang up 20 wins and only 7 losses. We held a 4-5 game lead in the division for most of the season...and then My big Bat (Kyle Clary) Went down with a 5 week injury. The boys played well without him, but as the weeks went on the team began to struggle on offense. So now its mid August, The loses are racking up, and we have gone from 18 games over .500 to just 10. Oklahoma Cities lead is down to just one game in the division and 2 for the wildcard. Clary was expected back by now, but he remains injured with an unknown date of return. The playoffs seem to be slipping away. Can we hold on? Time will tell. On a side note, the Albuquerque Warcats have been beyond dominant sitting at 90-40, the world series may be theirs to lose.

Well, Oklahoma City is falling fast. All-Star pitcher Edgar Kosinki Blew his elbow out as is done for at least a year.
