I get how to acquire them in the main OOTP, but i've never had an owner request this in OOTP GO until '25. It's especially puzzling since Go only identifies country of origin but I can't find City/State anywhere. Any ideas?

I believe there is no easy way. you have to click every players and check their profiles. I asked if we can get more view sorts in the future but they didn't reply. So don't waste your time. just change it to another goals if you can.
