Angry Activation Error

My computer bombed out (windows 11) and I have to reset to original settings, I reloaded OOTP25 and received the following error message when I put in my license key:
Activation Error




How do I fix thiss? I have been 24 hours without OOTP25, I will lose my place in Perfect Team play, lose my daily bonus packs, etc. This is urgent.

You can attach a screenshot but going to the "Go Advanced" button below this text box and then to "Manage Attachments".

Do you have OOTP on another computer in addition to this one? I wonder if it thinks you've used both you licenses (you get two with that activation key)? If it does look like a license activation issue, and you can't wait for OOTPD to come on-line to assist, there is a self-help site for OOTP Activation issues.

Surprised you didn't get the OOTP GO app for instances like this (well, not a blown-up computer - who can see that coming... but for times away from the PC, etc. so you can log in on the go)

Good luck getting it up and running. Sorry about Windows 11.

Your license key has been reset. However as I look at your error message, the issue here is not with the license activations.

That error message comes when your system has the wrong time set and thus is out of sync with the game.

You'll want to fix your system time so that it matches the real time where you are.

Who would have thought it was something that silly. I never noticed the time said PM when it was AM. Thanks to everyone for all the help, we are back in business!!!

Reminds me of an Active Directory course I was in, circa 2002 or so, one of our server clusters in class wouldn't sync for the life of us.

Took a month to figure out we had it set on the wrong damn time zone.
