Neutral finances - possible?

I’m setting up an online league and our idea was to neutral finances so everyone starts on the same level and where they end up is up to them.

Now that I’m in here doing it, is this even possible?

Do you mean make everyone's market size and such the same? You can manually set market size and the other stuff for each team. It's under settings for the specific team in commissioner mode

That’s easy. The issue is you still have stadiums with different capacities, different local media contracts, different ticket prices, etc. I guess the way to easily do this is just do a 100% revenue share

All can be edited. Still have the problem of attendance not being equal though.

Edit stadium capacities to be the same. There is a setting to lock ticket prices to whatever the league baseline is.

Get rid of local media contracts entirely, roll it into the national media contract. Set national media contract as fixed, this will keep it the same for all teams at all times.
