Missing development league indicators

All of my minor league team level indicators are no longer displayed as per the attached screenshot. This is a recent occurrence occuring after a recent blackout. Any thoughts on how I can get the level indicators back?

In case you are wondering, AAA, AA, A, B, C, D, E. None of these show up on the minor league teams or players.

check League setting > Level abbreviation
I just succeed in reproduction your problem by set it to one space.

Try leave it to completely blank or change it to what it should be displayed.
