Rain delay(s) in domed stadium?
I played a 7 game series between Seattle and Houston that went all 7 and 1 of the games in SEA had a rain delay, and 2 separate games in HOU each had rain delays. Any of the retractable roof stadiums have policies in place that if the weather has even a small chance of raining the game is played with the roof closed. Even if the roof is open, when an unexpected front rolls in the close it before it starts raining and keep it shut the remainder of the game. Problem with the rain delay is the pitchers currently on the mound lose stamina and have to come out early.
Retractable roof stadiums in each AZ, FLA, HOU, MIL, SEA, TOR, TX. There should never be a rainout/delay ever in any of these stadiums and the roof should be closed if the temp outside is above 87F and below 65F expected during game play which is the rough average for all these stadiums. Weather App is in the gameplay, why isn't it used for mirroring the roof rules these stadiums follow?
