This happened to me and I had to switch from windowed mode to full screen and it fixed it

My card and card packs show an hourglass instead of the actual image.
I am on an iPad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled game. I have uninstalled OOTP Go 24. Updated game today. Still have issue. |

Yeah unfortunately this is a known issue that we're working on. It affects both Go and Desktop games. Some recommendations from the link below that have helped people;

I’m also on an iPad. It tried to load images this morning but it froze. I gave it a good 20 minutes before I restarted the game. A screenshot is attached.

At the moment no. You can clear caches but that won't help this issue because it appears to be a bug in some third party library we use.
The best way to get the card images is to either use a vpn or try on a different network. Good news is that we're hopefully close to solving the problem, and I'll let everyone know as soon as we do! |

Yep related. Happy to say though that changing up some third party libraries seems to have solved the problem. It'll be out in a patch probably Friday

It’s working! I had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. Just downloading the patch didn’t solve the problem.
