If you have trouble with the game or are experiencing crashes, please try the following:

First of all, OOTP Go is a pretty memory intensive app, so please make sure your device meets the recommended system minimum of 2 GB RAM and iOS 11.0+ or Android 8.1+.

Also, we suggest that you quit all apps running in the background if possible to save RAM.

Plus, rebooting the device may help if you are running low on memory in general.

If you still have problems, please post here in this forum. We will try to get back to you as fast as we can, but we ask for patience since we do not have a dedicated support team.

Here is a trace file from a crash. The game crashes on my system every couple weeks, enough that I have trace turned on, not so much that it makes things unplayable.

It happened in the bottom of the 8th as my pitcher turned a 1-run deficit into a 4-run deficit and the pitcher brought in to replace him gave up a double, RBI single, and stolen base to add to that, so I'm not too heartbroken.
