Championship Trophy Naming Convention Question

Does anyone know where the championship trophy images are? And is there a naming convention to create custom images for each league?

Sorry if this is an easily answered question, I couldn't find it in my searches.

They're in the skin files in the images folder. You have to download the skin files from the workshop.

Not sure you can do them for each league, but haven't tested. There is a trophy for "World Series" so maybe try matching the playoff round name with a trophy name.
