Can we please get a toggle to turn off the harmony system. I find it hinders my gameplay experience.

yeah I am kind of agreeing with that request. I never had it be a big issue until I started playing a historical game 1980/81 Oilers. I have so many cliques and unhappy folks that I cannot do anything about it because you only get to chose 1 a month to fix and thats if they dont get mad at the captain for asking to leave. Really annoying system.
