Weather Data for 2600+ world cities

Looking for more accurate weather data for fictional league, I took the weather data for over 2600 cities around the world, including over 1100 US cities, over 100 Canadian cities, and 75 Mexican cities. Caribbean, Europe and Asia also well represented.

File attached.

To load into your game go to the Out of the Park Baseball 25\data\database location and put this file in as weather.txt. I'd suggest renaming the existing weather file something else first to preserve base-game database just in case.

Weather is taken from published temperature data, windspeed, and rainy days. (the percent change of rain is derived on a formula which looks to be a bit higher chance of rain than the base data has, the average value is just under 7% chance of rain April-September world-wide).

The database I used for city names may not be a perfect 1-to-1 match for the game's city database, so some cities with alternate names/spellings and special non-English characters may not auto-load because the name isn't a perfect match.
