Facegen Photo question

Is there a way to see or display all the facegen players for a season.
I would like to have the 1979 Facegen library. In my news folder I only see the team I'm managing

If there is a facegen for any player on any team, it will show. There isn’t even an option to show facegens only for your team. Are you using a mod for historical facegens or just what shipped with game?

Historical and maybe I haven't played enough teams or games.
