Opposing Pitcher Pinch Runs

After a brawl where one of my hitter's was hit by the opposing pitcher both the opposing pitcher and my batter were ejected... the game appropriatly asked for a pinch runner for the ejected player but upon placing him in the game the pinch runner listed at first base was the reliever for the opposing team that was also pitching. The runner summarily scored and earned a scored run in his stats but my team earned the run...

I've noticed this too, and actually twice now within two months of a season. The stange thing is, both times the players were ejected, the relief pitcher than appeared on 1st base rather than my teams' sub, and the runner ultimately scored, crediting the run to the opposing teams pitcher. Maybe we have two bugs here-the replacement picture running for your ejected player, and that it always seems that they come around to score, this part may only be a coincidence, but this is the third time I have seen or heard about it...
