Give me back my lineups!

I'm starting a new save as the Manager of a DSL team. I have it set so that I have control over lineups, rotation, etc., however the AI keeps overriding my choices. What setting do I need to change to prevent this from happening? I'm sure it's an easy fix. Thanks in advance.

Double check that you don't have do not disturb mode checked on in the manager options

Just below the edge of that pic should be a line regarding rotation and line ups. Can't tell for sure, but it looks like control is set to your AGM, not the Admiral. I'm presuming you want it the other way around?

The OP is the 1 that has the issue. I control my team.

Thanks, that seemed to have worked.

On a related question; on my other save (GM for a MLB team, while this time allowing the AI manager to have control over those same two things, is one able to overide some of those decisions while playing in commissioner mode? I've assumed it could be done, but the players seem to get moved back.

It is either you in control of the line-up or the AI. You cannot share.

Shoot, was looking for a happy medium on that feature. Guess I need to hire a new manager.

I believe we still have the "legacy" option in the global settings, where you can still control lineups. In that case you would have control over the lineups and could ask your manager.

What Matt said above is the fix for this. Go to the global settings and scroll down to the bottom left. Checking the legacy mode box should fix this for you without firing your manager.
