thedokes Minors (Double A) Join Date: Sep 2003 Location: Good Ole' Jamesburg NJ Posts: 110	Development Report All Pitchers Stuff Rating Wrong When my scout reports on a pitcher's Current and Potenial Stuff rating he shows it droping from 35 to 30. Even on pitcher's who's stuff is at 60.
