Past Season WAR Issue?

I don't know what the exact WAR calculations are for OOTP, but from my experience in past years, it's seems pretty similar to what Fangraphs uses. Ha-Seong Kim is listed as having an OOTP WAR of 1.9 for 2023. Fangraphs had him at 4.4 WAR and BRef had him at 5.8 for 2023. Similarly, Patrick Bailey has a WAR of -0.6 in OOTP for 2023, whereas Fangraphs has him at 2.8 and BRef 0.8. This makes me thing that maybe fielding isn't being taken into account for past-season WAR. If you look at pretty much any player who had a really good season in the field but not with the bat, this is what happens. I don't believe this was an issue in past OOTPs.

Also, Barry Bonds has a career WAR in-game like 40 wins lower than what is on BRef and Fangraphs, likely for the same reason I suspect.

I don't think we've ever calculated fielding WAR for past seasons, or if we have it's based off a very simplified formula. But I could be completely misremembering.

It also looks like previous season WAR changes save to save. I started a new save and Kim's WAR for 2023 is now 3.0. Don't know if this is a bug or not but thought I'd mention it.

The 2023 stat data was borked in the initial build. So, if it's been corrected in this one, the WAR - and many stats - would be changed/corrected.
