Opening in the American Baseball Association

Hey everyone! The American Baseball Association is an OOTP 24 league in its 20th season. We have one open GM position.
During the regular season we sim Monday-Friday with a sim length of 4 days per sim. In the off-season we do daily sims at the same pace. We encourage bidding wars in free agency to help drive a more natural market.

We are in the 2019 season but financials are scaled back so it feels like every dollar is important. We voted to remove owner control of budgets which means your profit/loss will have a direct correlation to the budget you have available to you.

The open position is for the Pittsburgh Phantoms. This team was part of the 2011 expansion and made its first appearance in the postseason last season. A tough July may have knocked this team out of contention this year, but they do have a secret weapon, Leo Orozco. A 22-year old shortstop who is already setting records and could be a future hall of famer. He's a perfect piece to craft a playoff team around for years to come. Once you take over the club you'll be able to re-brand/re-locate your organization.

Overall the league is very laid back, but we do of course ask that you are exporting fairly regularly, or if you'll be away for any extended amount of time to just let me know so I'll know what's going on. It's a great league for any experienced GM, or for someone that's brand new to online leagues. We have a wide array of experiences in the league and all are happy to help out along the way.
