If the 3D movements cause major issues (ie. no 3D was generated, game crashes, game hangs, etc...), please post those in separate threads.

However, If the issue is simply a cosmetic issue, let's keep those to a single thread here. What I need from you guys is a clear description of the issue. To further help in debugging, when you replay the motion, a set of seemingly random numbers will be copied to your clipboard. You should simply be able to paste them here as well - they greatly help in tracking down problems!

I've also had issues with the pitcher or other fielders covering first being out of whack. The ball gets thrown to the base in an arc, and then the fielder zooms over to catch the ball.

This happens frequently at different ball parks.
Batter hits ball to first baseman. Pitcher runs over to cover 1st base. 1st baseman tosses ball toward 1B but ball takes a 45 degree right turn so pitcher catches ball about 5 steps before he gets to first.

I installed the OOTP25 public beta version (1.46) (standalone) on my Mac with macOS Monterry 12.7.3 and the installation went correctly. My issue is when I play games in 3D. The game start window freezes but I get the sound. Then, I can't quick or cancel the game normally, only by forcing way with my Mac.

I've noticed when watching the games, the amount of outstanding diving catches from Outfielders is way too frequent. The animation happens at least 2-3 times a game and there doesn't seem to be a correlation to Range or any defensive ratings.

I think this is mainly a cosmetic issue, it just makes it frustrating to actually watch the games and removes some of the realism.

I don't know how to make a motion replay like requested in the original thread, but here's my issue. If there are instructions somewhere that say how to replay the animation I'll try to capture the data next time.

on 3-1 groundouts, the throw from 1st baseman to the pitcher is made as though the pitcher is standing on first base, but he isn't. So the ball goes to 1st base (while it's empty) and disappears, but the pitcher is still coming off the mound.

I'm playing with 100 scale players, a ball 1 size up from normal, and "slightly slower" animation speed.

Salathor, you can get the debug info after a play by clicking Options from the game screen and then choosing Replay Play-by-Play (or by pressing F10). This will replay the last play, but more importantly copy the debug info to your computer's clipboard. Then you can Paste those details in with your bug report. I hope that helps.

Salathor, you can get the debug info after a play by clicking Options from the game screen and then choosing Replay Play-by-Play (or by pressing F10). This will replay the last play, but more importantly copy the debug info to your computer's clipboard. Then you can Paste those details in with your bug report. I hope that helps.

Okay, here's my first 3d bug report with a copy paste to include. A 5-3 play that doesn't get there in time. Just as the first baseman is about to catch the ball, it shoots up into the sky out of his glove (but the text and video didn't indicate an error or missed catch or anything, so I think he "caught" it).

I'm getting an average of 6-8 diving catches per game. Only a couple per game in OOTP24. I know someone posted earlier they thought it added excitement. I have to disagree...it only adds excitement when it happens occasionally. Hopefully it can be fixed.
