Import From 23 Problem

I imported my save from OOTP23 today and noticed a problem. I have a custom major league with 1 minor league, and two international leagues - 1 in Latin America and 1 in Asia. The Asian league did not import, instead it was replaced by a league from South Africa!!

I have team names in my Asian League that are the same as teams in the real Japanese league (plus their logos). Is this why this happened?

Also, I edited the league in OOTP24 to look like my OOTP23 league, complete with team names and then saved. I opened up the game again and the Asian league has once again been replaced by a South African League. Can I not even use those team names at all? Or is there something else going on here?

I had the same thing happen in 2 of my leagues. I was so pissed.

I'm having a different kind of problem. I started 24, created a very basic new game. Then closed, shut off computer. Next day, have tried importing save from 23. Twice. Each time, the window of 24 which is in the middle of importing just disappears / crashes. Seems they got to slightly different points in the process because one of the new leagues I tried naming as is a bit larger (both over 2GB) than the other. I went to Documents/OOTP24, but there is no debug folder. Next will check whether I can turn it on, then try importing again.

Have not yet rebooted computer again, but will also try that. Nothing else was running (active/open) the last time other than Windows Explorer.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I had no problems converting 6 different leagues from 23 to 24,except for the Japanese league changed to South Africa league problem mentioned above in 2 of them which I found out is because of a licensing issue. The biggest league of the 6 dates all the way back to OOTP 6 with 77 played out years and is over 46 gb in size.

OK .... turning on Debug then restarting seems to have fixed the problem, whatever it was.
