Game Freezes when try to Finish Today on Mac

Hello,

My game is consistently freezing when I click on the finish today button. I also have tried to autoplay to the next day, and it freezes as well. I am able to other things, but I just can't advance it to the next playable game. I updated my game to the latest version, and the freeze still happens. Before it happened, I had played a game, and didn't save and then it froze. I restarted OOTP, and was able to play the game that wasn't saved, saved it, and the game froze when I clicked on finish today button again.

I have a fictional league that's in its second season where I only play the games for one team. I am running the game on a MacBook Air running Mac OS 14.2.1.

I will ftp the game file after I post this. The League is called Scoop League.

I am curious why there hasn't been any response to my post and subsequent uploading of my league files. Either an acknowledgement, or if I posted to the wrong place, a pointer to the right place would be nice.

One option i could suggest would be to disable threading in the File->Settings expert menu, and see if that will allow you to continue.

Hello,

Thank you -- that seems to work. It does change the graphics up a bit and make them slower. I know nothing about gaming graphics/programming or prouduction, but I'm assuming that I might be able to add some more threads. However, for now I will just take the win.

Thanks again.

After advancing one day, you might be able to turn the threading back on - there was one piece that ran on that day that seemed to cause issues, but I'm not sure if you do enable threading again if that would come up again. We have fixed it for OOTP 25.
