Super Frustrated About Support

I went to sell a Corbin Burnes Reference card for 76k and an error message popped up that I reached the max amount of cards to sell. When I went back to my cards the card was gone and it was not on the market.

There seems to be a bug that deletes the card in purgatory and leaves you with nothing. Also, people used to respond right away on the info@ email and that seems to no longer be the case.
