I love building and doing all the offseason work and then simming until the playoffs. Can we turn off focusing players on certain attributes or does it not make a huge difference I want players to develop naturally I don’t want to manually work on a new pitch or their stamina every couple weeks.

Good question.

When I fire up a historical game the only way I play is "season replay" with real lineups and transactions. For this style and many other ways of playing historical there will have to be a way to disable it.

For current or fictional leagues? I think past history of OOTP would suggest this can be set to have the AI do it for you, and there will be an option to turn it off (or set the affect to zero) entirely.
