Role ratings

I have been doing a project of sorts, where among other things, I have been using the CSV files created by the game to display various things. I have been able to do most things in a relatively straightforward manner, but by far the biggest issue I am having is figuring out the exact way role ratings are calculated. I have done a bit of toying with the game, and my default assumption was that role ratings were a form of weighted average, using strictly the stats that are shown as important, and the experimenting I did confirmed that the role ratings only use stats shown as important, however I cannot for the life of me figure out the exact precise way they are calculated. I am making this post just to see if anyone here has figured out what I haven't
