PT 24 end?

This is the first year I've really gotten into PT. Have been playing OOTP forever though. My question is, does the current PT continue on once the new version is released or will this game shut down in March? I'll be buying the new game either way but am curious about the current one.

PT24 will continue to run for at least another year (during which PT25 will be active), if they follow what they've done in the past.

PT24 will continue, but there will be no new missions or card releases, and the number of active players will nosedive the day that PT25 releases. For all practical purposes, it will be dead - unless you're desperately trying to reach Perfect League and want a shot at it after the big shakers have moved on.
