1967 Expansion bug

In the summer of 1967, right after the new season starts, I get a "Playoffs check! The NHL has an invalid playoff format." error.

Was that with historical editing turned on? That's most likely happening because the playoff changes option is off, and playoff format is still the pre-expansion one, which won't work with the new post-expansion league structure. Just go to the league edit screen and, on the rules tab, choose a new playoff format.
