Can't download file in-game, but can export. Any help?

I'm in a few online leagues and suddenly lost the ability to dl the latest files in-game for all of them. I can still manually dl via statsplus and export fine.

I tried wiping everything and doing a fresh install but nothing. Not sure where to look. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have anti-virus software installed? If you do, try turning off the anti-virus software and then downloading.

I don't think it's an issue with the game though if it's happening in every league. Maybe your router or something too?
