Can I rescout all players?

I'm running a league in commissioner mode. Some historical players were imported incorrectly so I manually edited their ratings, but now their star rating is inaccurate. Is there a way to make all teams rescout all players, so the AI managers have a better idea of the talent level of their players?

I believe there's a button called something like "Re-run full scouting" in the game options right below the scouting settings. I assume its for situations where you edit the accuracy or somesuch and want everyone to be re-done with the new settings, so I assume it should also work well for you here.

Thank you! I went to League Options, chose the Global Settings tab, and found it there.
