During the draft, "Pick until human" button does not reappear after selection

If you make a pick while on "Scout Suggestions", "Safe Suggestions", "Risky Suggestions", the "Pick until human" button will not reappear until you click "Next Pick" or switch back to the "Draft" tab.

This was an issue in FHM9 as well: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=341855.

I've attached pictures in order:

1. before pick (my turn)
2. after pick
3. switching to draft tab
4. back to Scout Suggestions after switching to draft tab

Yeah, that's been on the bug list for quite a while, I'll bump that up and see if we can get it fixed now.
