Inavlid playoff format error

This error happens when you create a custom league with no
playoffs (the top regular season team is the champion).
However if any modifications are made in the rules section (July 1) other than playoff format and you click save, the game tries to resort back to some playoff format other than 'none' and the message,

"Invalid playoff format error"

pops up when you try to advance the game.
At this point the game won't allow you to select no playoffs (no check box like when you first create the league, and no option in custom playoffs drop down list either).
Only way to advance game is to accept some kind of playoff format.

Yeah, it should be skipping that playoff format check if the playoffs haven't been enabled, we'll fix that.
