Is there a way to set the conditions where someone can declare for the draft?

I'm seeing a lot of 16 and 17 year old draftees creep into the pool and I would have sworn there was a way to make it so you had to be 18 to join the amateur draft... but I can't find it.

It should depend on the age limits of your high school, or the generic created player age limits. If you set that too low, then high schoolers might be expected to graduate too soon.
