Is there any way to control league revenue in fictional leagues? Teams have way too much money

New player here, tried to make a custom promotiion and relegation league but the bottom league averages about $2m payroll while every team's budget is about $28m, so there's just tens of millions of dollars lying around for each team every year. And there's no salary cap. Is there really no way to change this?

The easiest way (as commissioner) to add/subtract budget dollars is to edit something like the Media Contract Revenue. It won't have ripple effects in other areas of the game as it is a stand-alone revenue line in the team budget. It may only be editable at certain time periods (offseason or preseason most likely).

The place to look is Game Settings>League Settings>Financials

Only way is to add a salary cap on July 1st. And change it every couple years

I've had this same annoying thing also on past games with my Custom World.

I've been trying to edit team budgets but those gets resetted after every year (Tested and still on FHM10 same) so need to do that on start of the every year (and I've had over 200 teams so not so very fast thing to do). Would be nice if teams would get next year budget close to past year. Or even more better would be if league finances can be edited.

There is Enrty-Level Contract but minimium salary is 550k. I want it to be like 5k with some leagues also if I try to use Salary Cap then minimium is 13,75milj. I want it to be 1milj. So that is not the way. So my only way to do that is edit to budgets.

You can also mess with global coefficient of that helps
