1967 Expansion re-draft

I tried the new feature to start with re-drafting the 1967 expasion, but noticed somethig weird in the second goalie round as all picks are simply not used - I'm controlling a team but let AI make the picks.

There might be something related to team needs, as new teams already have players in their roster when re-drafting. I tried removing goalies from all expansion teams and all picks in the secound round were used.

Also got a message related to the entry draft - I'm guessing that happens after expansion historically.

Yeah, that message shouldn't be there, we'll get that fixed. We'll check the goalie issue as well; the current roster shouldn't be considered at all, but it does seem to behave like that (or it could be something going wrong with the fill-in system.)
