Historical Drafts 2023-----onwards

Hoping that someone knows what the "draft classes" look like after 2023 (Historical mode)?

About to enter the 2023 draft and i recognize some players but all their ratings are 1/2 star to 1 star.

Anyone know if future classes will look like this.....i know it will eventually become fictional, but will they have varying start ratings etc...

This should probably go in the OOTP 24 general questions forum, but fictional draft classes will mostly consist of players with star ratings like you describe. There should be some outstanding prospects with high potential, some with good or average potential, and some will have good or decent current ratings, especially if they are coming out of college and have had more years to develop.

However, a lot of your draft classes are going to be players who are very similar in overall talent and potential levels, and the challenge is to study the ratings and find the ones that have really good defense, enough pitches to be future starters, are switch hitters, can play multiple positions, or otherwise have value that isn't as readily apparent by just looking at start ratings.

Also, if coming out of a historical game into post-2023 - I think you need to MANUALLY turn-on fictional draft classes going-forward. The poor players you are seeing might just be unsigned leftovers from the last real guys in the game.
