FHM 9 &10 Trade Issue

I found recently in FHM 9 &10 (currently using FHM 10) that when you use the "Make It Work" button in the trade screen and the player you select from the list has an NTC, the trade will automatically go to the finalized trade with adding no additional players.

So, in this picture, I clicked "Make It Work" and then chose Pinto, and he had NTC; he wasn't added, but the trade was finalized, and I ended up getting the better end of the deal cause I didn't give up an additional asset.

Anyone else have this issue?

Looks like make this work isn't screening the players properly, they shouldn't appear there if you're not on their approved trades list. We'll see what's gone wrong with that, I think I remember fixing something like that in 9 at some point.
