Remember the Auction House Laughs thread...
before folks got their panties twisted so tight?
Well...here we go. Somebody listed a Jackie Robinson silver for 70,000. Of course, it was probably a typo for 7,000...a more reasonable price. I laughed, because we've all done it. OF course...greed being what it is, now a couple of folk are listing it for mid 50k hoping that they'll find a sucker. Some days, I just think I should have a nice tall old fashioned and not bother, but it tasks me, it tasks me and I shall have it.

When I see similar, I laugh out loud, literally. I always wonder do those following auctions actually think they will get that. As you stated I usually think the first price was a mistake. A few times I have noticed that when I adjust sales prices, I don't clear it first. I notice the next time when I see something like this: 18871755 for a Gold.

In the old Auction House, I once clicked on a BIN for 2000 and clicked OK faster than light. But, in the fraction of a second clicking on 2000, the screen shifted and I bought the one below it for 10000.

There are some tricksters in the card shop who will add an extra zero, hoping that buyers don't notice. I often see cards with an L10 of, say, 2700 listed for 25,000 instead of 2500. Looks like a bargain at first glance, since we're reading from left to right.
