100% Accurate is not accurate

The first image shows the first day of a standard MLB game save.

I kept the save file in a different location before disabling the scouting on the first one.
The second image is the result of loading the kept file and disabling scouting on this one as well.

Both should be 100% Accurate but show different numbers.

I ran "Run full Re-Scouting" on the second situation, and now the third image shows the result. The result is different from both of the previous two.

The settings are always the same as in the fourth image. Why does this happen?
