Live Start Players From Other Teams On Mine

I do a live start towards the end of the season say today, does not matter which team, and there will be players on my roster from other teams. I can not trade them, or demote them etc stuck. They also appear on the team they are on now, i.e. a duplicate. Anyway for me to fix this? apologies if this has been brought up before.

... guess still having giolito and lopez on the wsox when they are on clev and NO WAY to do anything about it?
