Finance Screen Error with Version 24.9.80

Background: Online League, in the Preseason, just patched up this morning via Steam and this issue was not present before the patch

Looking at the Finance tab, I see "Offered Contracts" was added as a row item in the BUDGET INFORMATION section. The total shown ($6,400,000) is different than the "Offered Contracts" in the EXPENSES section ($1,500,000). The latter is correct, aligning with my Pending Offers screen. When I mouse over "Offered Contracts" in the BUDGET INFORMATION section, it shows the correct amount of $1,500,000 and suggests $6,400,000 is a prorated amount.

The offer in question is a Minor League Contract with a Major League Option. There's no reason this should be prorated in the BUDGET INFORMATION section or show anything other than $1,500,000 considering this is a 1-yr deal and it is Feb in the game.

Further on this, the above was screenshotted using the Limited Commish account, acting as "None". When I switch it to acting as Toronto, the team in question, the prorated Offered Contracts value in BUDGET INFORMATION changes to $7,900,000.

Don't know if this is coincidental or not but $7,900,000 = $6,400,000 + $1,500,000, like the two values shown are being added together.

Ok, I think I solved this one for you.

The "Offered Contracts" value in BUDGET INFORMATION includes FA offers and draft budget ($7.9M above). The "Offered Contracts" value in EXPENSES is only FA offers ($1.5M above).

It's a labelling issue. It should be fixed so two things with the same title on the same screen don't have different values.
