Could No Write to the Following Folder

I recently purchased a new computer and have been migrating my files/games to it. Old computer was a Mac, new is Windows. I've been able to install game, convert old files, and play/download online league files for leagues I am in.

However, every time that I close the game and then try to restart on the new PC I receive an error "Could not write to the following folder: C:\Program Files\Out of The Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 24". The game will then actually launch, but then when opening a saved game will receive an error occurred while loading the database. Could not initialize sqlite database.

I have had to reinstall OOTP 24 now 4 times on this computer. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I have used the standard installation option every time I've installed the game.
