My OOTP 24 Cubs career
Hi Mates,
I am playing as the GM of the Chicago Cubs in OOTP 24. Previously I played with the 21 version. I revamped my major league staff with new members, and as I read in various sources I should do the same with my minor league coaches and managers to help the development of my prospects. Now, here comes the question. What is the best way to find minor league coaches? If make a staff search, all decent guys says that they do not want to go to minor leagues. Shall I fire the minor league staff and then click on the VACANT "button"? Thanks for the help.

Good question.
Being able to select the vacant position is really nice for filtering the available coaches, but you run the risk of the ones willing being no better than the one you just fired. I prefer to do it the hard way, go through them one at a time to see who is willing. Time consuming and a PITA though. It would be super beneficial to select the position regardless of it currently being occupied. |

Thanks. I started to do the same. I managed to pick up some good staff for my farm teams. I just realized that in game the Cubs have two teams in the Dominican Rookie League.
Is it possible to edit League structure without starting a new save?
