How do you set player development budget?

hi everyone, I keep getting tripped up by the smallest things.

I keep looking in "edit team finances" for how to fund my player development and scouting budget. But I cannot find it.
Where should i be looking to set this budget?

Player Development is in the Front Office of your team under "Player Development" and Scouting Budget is under Scouting. See screenshots. The red and blue banner strips show which screens I am on.

Both of them can also be modified on the primary Front Office - Finances screen, right next to each other.

thanks! I think part of the problem is I'm still using the 22 game. Do you see where it should be there? Because I can't find it and I want to make sure my prospects develop well

The "Expenses" widget has them in it, I have that in place of the attendance history chart.
