Restoring Purchased Seasons
If I have deleted OOTP GO 23 from my iPad, is there any way to get access in 24 to historical seasons you had previously purchased?

I'm interested in this question as well. I had wanted to re-add GO 23 but since it had been previously deleted from my iPad, it is telling me I have to repurchase the seasons again.

Go to your Account and click on Purchased Apps. You can download from there.

I just wanted to bump this topic. I redownloaded the original OOTP Go, but I cannot restore any of the historical seasons. I bought them and had transferred them to GO 23 and GO 24 over the years. They are currently on GO 24.
I am hoping to return to GO 23 for one reason. Since I prefer being able to change the name of the stadium so that teams in historic games do not play in the generic stadium (ie: the Twins can at least play in Target Field), I'd like to return to GO 23, but do not want to pay for the historic seasons all over again. I opened a ticket about a month ago but never heard back. Is it possible to have the GO 23 historical seasons restored to me? |

I have been playing 23 and haven't been to this forum in a long while. It does make difference seeing a different visual. Sadly I have a problem with 24 nobody has addressed since I posted in mid May but honestly enjoying the game with ballparks

This sounds like a bug actually, something I'll see if I can fix for Go25

Alright so I've looked into the issue, and just want to confirm, when you try to restore purchases from the original Go game, does it crash? I've found it crashes for me, and so far what I think is the issue is just that the libraries we used back then are not compatible with the most up to date ios version

Yes, if you change say the Metrodome name to Target Field, you will have the historical park year information but the visual of the modern stadium. For me, that was a great compromise and made playing the games fun.
